  • What does bean-to-bar chocolate mean?

    We make chocolate from raw cacao beans, controlling every step from roasting and refining to tempering and moulding.


  • Where do your cacao beans come from?

    We source speciality cacao beans from carefully selected farms around the world, including Central and South America.

  • Do you make your chocolate in Maidstone?

    Yes. All our bean-to-bar chocolate is handcrafted at our shop in Maidstone, Kent.

  • What makes your chocolate different?

    Our chocolate is made in small batches using high-quality cacao beans, with a focus on flavour, transparency and craftsmanship.

  • Do your chocolate bars contain palm oil or emulsifiers?

    No. Our bean-to-bar chocolate bars contain only cacao and sugar (plus milk where applicable).


  • Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

    Most products are suitable for vegetarians. Please check individual product descriptions.


  • How should I store chocolate?

    Store in a cool, dry place between 16–20°C away from direct sunlight and strong odours.



  • How long does your chocolate last?

    Most products have a shelf life of several months. The best-before date is shown on the packaging.
