N2 Sweet Lab is an independent artisan chocolate and dessert studio dedicated to craftsmanship, creativity and the exploration of fine flavour cacao. Founded by Ned and Nina, the brand brings together a passion for modern pastry, bean-to-bar chocolate making and immersive food experiences.

What began as a small creative dessert concept has evolved into a space where chocolate is treated as both a craft and a sensory experience. From roasting and refining cacao beans in-house to creating handcrafted bonbons, desserts and single origin chocolate bars, every product is made with a focus on flavour, balance and detail.

At N2 Sweet Lab, we work with ethically sourced cacao beans, carefully selecting origins and flavour profiles that express the natural diversity and complexity of chocolate. Our collection ranges from elegant fruit-forward dark chocolate to more comforting and dessert-inspired creations, combining traditional chocolate making techniques with a contemporary approach to flavour.

Alongside our bean-to-bar production, we also create seasonal pastries, bespoke cakes and hands-on chocolate workshops designed to introduce people to the world of craft chocolate in an approachable and engaging way.


In a time when Covid started

During the Covid period we had a lot of  free time and decided to dedicate it to chocolate. It started out as making desserts, cakes and of course, our favourite chocolates. Slowly we gained popularity, and interest grew and so did the orders. As demand continued to grow; we decided it was time that our love for chocolate took a physical form outside of our home.

September 2023 N2 Sweet Lab opens its doors

In September, N2 Sweet Lab opened doors and invited all chocolate lovers, be it big or small, to join us in our passion of enjoying bonbons, bespoke cakes and treats suited for celebrations and even the smallest occasions.
