What we offer
Bean-to-Bar Chocolate
At N2 Sweet Lab, our bean-to-bar chocolate is crafted from ethically sourced fine flavour cacao beans, transformed in-house through roasting, refining and careful flavour development. By working directly from the cacao bean, we are able to explore the natural character, aroma and complexity of chocolate in its purest form.
Each batch is produced in small quantities with a focus on balance, texture and flavour, allowing every origin and fermentation style to express its unique profile — from bright fruit and floral notes to deeper cocoa, nutty and dessert-like flavours.
Our collection includes single origin chocolate bars, limited seasonal releases and creative chocolate experiences inspired by modern pastry and craft chocolate making.
